How do I book a session?

It’s simple! Send us a message through our contact form or via WhatsApp. Once we confirm your date is available, we require a signed contract and a deposit to officially secure your spot on our calendar.

How long does it take to get my photos and videos back?

Quality takes time, but we don’t believe in making you wait forever. Typically, you will receive a "Sneak Peek" within 48 hours. The full edited gallery and video highlights are usually delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on the scale of the project.

Do we get all the unedited "raw" files?

We believe in delivering a finished, polished product. For that reason, we do not provide unedited or raw files. Each photo and video you receive is hand-selected and professionally edited to meet our brand’s high standards.

Do you travel for shoots?

Absolutely. We are based in Arua, West Nile, but we frequently travel for projects across Uganda and into neighboring regions like the DRC and South Sudan. Travel fees are calculated based on the distance and duration of the project.

Can we customize a package?

Definitely. We know every project is unique. If our standard packages don’t quite fit what you’re looking for, let us know and we will create a custom quote tailored to your specific needs.
